1. Information we process
For registration and account management, FAN INCHART may process an email address, nickname, securely hashed password value and account-related information.
During use of the service, login and access logs, IP address, browser/device information, service usage records, fandom membership and activity records, posts, comments, votes and other activity information may be generated.
Information voluntarily provided by users may include profile images, posts, comments, uploaded images or media, support inquiries and other information entered into the service.
Plain-text passwords are not stored; passwords are processed using secure hashing.

3. Retention
Personal information is generally deleted without undue delay when the purpose of processing is completed or a member withdraws.
However, records may be retained when required by law, when minimally necessary for fraud prevention or security, or while a report, dispute or rights-infringement matter is being handled. Such information is deleted when the retention reason ends.
4. Public posts and content
Nicknames, profile images, posts, comments and other content users publish on fandom boards or other public areas may be visible to other users. Users should avoid posting personal or sensitive information in public content.
Public posts connected to comments or community history may not be automatically deleted when an account is withdrawn.
5. Sharing with third parties
FAN INCHART does not ordinarily sell or arbitrarily disclose users’ personal information to third parties.
Information may be provided when the user has given prior consent, when disclosure is required by law, or when required by a lawful investigation or legal process, and only to the extent necessary.
6. External services and media
FAN INCHART may display content from external services such as YouTube or provide external links. When users interact with an external service, that provider’s privacy policy and terms may apply.
7. Cookies, sessions and automatically generated information
FAN INCHART may use cookies or session technologies for login persistence, security and normal service operation.
IP addresses, access times, browser information and usage records may be generated automatically and used for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
8. Processors and international processing
FAN INCHART may use hosting, email, content or other external service providers to operate the service.
If personal information is entrusted to a processor or transferred or processed internationally in a way that requires notice under applicable law, FAN INCHART will disclose the relevant provider, information categories, purposes, retention period and other required details in this Policy or a separate notice.
9. User rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of processing of their personal information, or may withdraw their account.

10. Deletion
Personal information that no longer needs to be retained is deleted in a manner designed to make recovery difficult. Electronic files are securely deleted, and any paper records are securely destroyed.
