These Terms govern the use of FAN INCHART, including its global fandom community, rankings, voting, battles, awards, music and related community features, and define the rights and responsibilities of users and the service operator.
1. Service
FAN INCHART provides fandom search, creation and joining, community boards, posts and comments, image/video/external media sharing, fandom activity rankings, votes, battles, awards, music listening and real-time fan interaction.
Some features may be enabled or limited depending on membership size, activity requirements or operating policies.
2. Registration and accounts
Users may register through the procedures provided by the service. Users are responsible for protecting their account information and may not use another person’s account without authorization.
Accounts may be restricted when false information, impersonation, abuse or abnormal account creation or operation is detected.
3. Fandom creation and joining
Members may join existing fandoms or request a new fandom under service policies.
A member who first creates a fandom may receive a Founder or similar historical designation. This does not grant ownership or permanent management rights. Fandom roles and permissions may change under service policies and future election or governance systems.
4. User content
Members may post text, comments, images, videos, links and other content and must have the rights or lawful authorization required to use that content.
Rights in user-created content generally remain with the user. Users grant FAN INCHART permission to use the content as necessary to operate, display, search, share, translate and provide the service.
5. Translation
FAN INCHART may provide translation features to support communication among global users. Automatic or machine translations may not perfectly reflect the original meaning, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, publicity, portrait or other rights
- Impersonation or distribution of false information
- Posting illegal or harmful content
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Spam, repetitive promotional posting or flooding
- Manipulating votes, rankings or activity metrics through automation or other improper methods
- Interfering with service security or normal operation
- Violating applicable law or service policies
7. Content moderation and reports
Users may report content they believe violates service policies. FAN INCHART may restrict visibility, remove content or take other necessary action when content violates law or operating policies, whether or not a report has been submitted.
Repeated or serious violations may result in service restrictions or account suspension.
8. Rankings, votes, battles and awards
Results are calculated under FAN INCHART’s published or internal aggregation and operating rules. Abnormal activity, automated participation, manipulation or fraud may be excluded from results.
Aggregation and anti-abuse rules may be changed to preserve fair operation.
9. Fandom roles and governance
Depending on fandom size and activity, FAN INCHART may provide Leader, Deputy Manager, DJ or other governance roles and elections. Activation requirements, nominations, voting and permissions are governed by separate operating policies.
10. Changes and interruptions
FAN INCHART may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the service for improvement, maintenance, security, operational or unavoidable reasons. Material changes will be announced in the service where reasonably possible.
11. Account withdrawal
Members may request account withdrawal using the provided procedures. Personal information after withdrawal is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Public posts and comments may remain because they can be connected to community discussions and content from other users. Members should delete content they are able to delete before withdrawing if they want it removed.
12. Restrictions
FAN INCHART may issue warnings, restrict content, temporarily suspend access or otherwise limit accounts that violate these Terms or operating policies.
13. Limitation of responsibility
FAN INCHART does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content created or shared by users. External media and links, including YouTube, may be subject to the policies and terms of their respective providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for interruptions caused by disasters, communications failures, external service failures or other circumstances reasonably beyond the service’s control.
14. Changes to these Terms
FAN INCHART may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law or the service. Material changes affecting users will be announced before they take effect.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion, and unresolved disputes will be handled under applicable legal procedures.
